La Petite Grange was skillfully converted to living accommodation in 2004, retaining many original features. With polished wooden floorboards upstairs, huge oak beams and exposed stonework throughout, you'll find it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a hard day around the pool.
Walking in through the two stone arch doorways brings you to a spacious kitchen diner, with terracota floor, magnificent original old oak beams, a kitchen with all the mod cons, and plenty of room for a family of six to enjoy a meal round the table.
The Lounge with it's cosy cottage feel, offers space for everyone to sit and catch up on the events of the day, listen to your own choice of music using the Bluetooth audio system, or even catch up on the latest episode of your favourite English soap - you might even want to test your French by switching to free to air French TV!
When it's time for bed, upstairs there's a double master bedroom, two twin bedrooms, family bathroom (with WC and a bath with shower overhead), plus a separate toilet with hand basin. The master bedroom is a focal point with typical Breton carvings on the wall.
At the front, perfect for the morning sun, we have extended forwards so that the gite now has is its own small fenced and gated garden, with patio table and barbeque area for al-fresco dining.
